Is Apple Cider Vinegar All It's Hyped Up to Be?
I love the idea of a homeopathic remedy, but the apple cider vinegar thing has never been one I’ve bought into – primarily because I need some pretty big research to make me even consider taking a a swig or two of ACV each day. Sorry, just keeping it real - but I’ll have my vinegar with a little EVOO on a salad!!
Leave it to manufacturers to capitalize on apple cider vinegar intrigue, yet lack the desire to actually drink it. (Surprise, Surprise!) Powdered ACV in PILL-FORM is a hot supplement these days. But are there any science-backed benefits to taking ACV pills - or even ACV daily? And maybe more importantly, are there any risks associated with consuming it in large amounts?
